  To keep your ananda chakra active and increase it's activity

The Follow up procedure is the same as the previous steps with only one change.

Just a change the prayer in step 3.

Here is what you have to do…

Please surrender to the activation procedure. Intense prayer to God will surely help you during the activation.

1. You can either sit or lay down in bed. Palms should face the ceiling. If you are sitting on chair, put them on your lap.

2. Take 10 deep breath, (inhale through nose and exhale through mouth. Repeat it 10 times.)

3. Pray to God, "I ask my higher self to give me the energy of ananda chakra to continuously flow through out my day and night. I will always be happy and in peace and this energy will influence my surrounding people. May God bless me with anandam, anandam, anandam."

4. Bring you attention to your sole and mentally say "anandam" (means bliss/jot). Then bring attention to your knee and again say "anandam". Again say "anandam" with attention at your hips. Repeat the saying with attention at you heart, then at you throat, nose, eye, forehead (agna) and finally at your crown.

5. The full process given in step 4 should be repeated 5 times. ie, 5 complete cycles of step 4. Do it slowly with full attention.

6. Ananda chakra is located at the space between your throat and heart) the point between throat chakra and heart chakra).

After doing the five cycles of step 4, do the following steps.

Focus at you left eye and say "anandam".
Focus at your right eye and say "anandam".
Then focus at the ananda chakra and say "anandam".

7. Keep doing the process given in step 6. Focusing left eye and anandachakra continuously and saying "anandam".

8. During this time, the 'ananda energy' will start to activate your ananda chakra. Keep doing the step 6 cycles until you are not able to do it any more due to flow of ananda energy or bliss. B this time you will already be in a deep state of meditation. Do not analyze the experience. Let go you intellectual pursuit, stay in reality.

9. You can stay in this state as long as you like.

10. This is the end of activation process.

Some of the experiences during the activation are

1. Thuria state… complete stillness or emptiness.

2. Flow of excitement or bliss… uncontrollable by you. It keep flowing. You smile or laugh but nothing within you control.

3. Life seems so easy.

4. Flow of energy through out your body.

5. Deep meditation level achieved without effort.

6. Body health system improves over time.
